


The Release Point Method Or "RPM" is the second iteration of an improved method for teaching the curling delivery. The following is a summary of why we believe that the RPM is a more simple and effective way to teach and learn the curling delivery.

We start by teaching that the body position at the Release Point is the GOAL of every slide.

Working backward from the Release Point, we use the Tri-Plane Principles to teach the player how to achieve consistency in the entire process.

The entire process is meant to eliminate unneeded motion, wasted energy, and variability to produce an effective and repeatable delivery.
